G.1.M Sport

G.1.M Sport was built on a very fast-digesting carbohydrate called Cluster Dextrin®. This nutrient has become more popular recently, as it provides a sustained release of energy without a drastic spike (and subsequent fall) in blood sugar and insulin.

This drink mix is designed around Cluster Dextrin® because is has a high molecular weight and a very fast gastric emptying rate, meaning that it passes through your stomach at a faster rate. 

Additionally, you get a solid 350mg of sodium from Pink Himalayan Salt, which is free of additives and naturally “mineralized”.
