Sizing

For men’s sizing, we recommend the following: 
– Small 160 lbs or under
– Medium 165 – 185 lbs
– Large 185-195 lbs
– Xlarge 195 lbs or over

For women’s sizing we recommend:
– Small 115 lbs or under
– Medium 120-130
– Large 130-140
– X-Large 145 or over
